what we’ll do
August 2-4, 2024
We’ll have a hospitality suite open all weekend, where you can come to eat your breakfast, and hang out or meet up with family any time of the day!
Friday, August 2nd
At the Meet and Greet there will be light food service for the travelers, and the best chance to see and hug on all your family members as they arrive.
We’ll also have a Family Marketplace where you can sign up as a vendor and/or support your family members!
Saturday, August 3rd
After breakfast we’ll have our traditional Business Meeting where we’ll get a basic Treasurer’s Report, discuss future Reunion plans and other details with the Planning Committee.
During the day you’ll have options for activities that you can read more about on the Activities page.
Then in the evening we’ll have our traditional Family Banquet Dinner (semi-formal attire) followed by the Rose Ceremony, a virtual concert by Sherika Sherard, then dancing into the night.
Sunday, August 4th
Following breakfast we’ll have a family member facilitate an Ancestor Celebration. We’ll honor those who have come before us, and learn a little about the people, places, and things that are valued by our family, such as Mountain View Church.
